1. Service Fee Refunds
As a refund management agency, our primary goal is to recover your money from third parties. However, if you have paid Aneta Prime any upfront consultation or retainer fees, those fees are fully refundable within 14 days of payment, provided no formal dispute has been officially filed with a financial institution on your behalf.
2. Success Fees
Success fees are only charged upon the successful recovery of your funds from the disputed merchant or financial institution. Once funds are successfully recovered and deposited back into your account, our success fee is considered fully earned and is strictly non-refundable.
3. Case Cancellation
If you choose to cancel our representation before a case concludes, any unearned portion of a retainer fee will be refunded. We will provide a detailed invoice of hours worked and administrative services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
4. Disputed Claims with Us
If you believe you were charged in error by Aneta Prime, please contact our billing department immediately. We aim to resolve all billing inquiries within 2 business days. Filing an unjustified chargeback against our service fees without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service.
