1. Service Fee Refunds
Our purpose is to resolve your claim with the business it is about. If you have paid us an upfront consultation or retainer fee, it is refundable within 14 days of payment provided no claim has yet been submitted on your behalf.
2. Success Fees
A success fee is charged only when money is actually paid out on your claim. Once that money has been credited to you and the fee taken, the fee is not refundable.
3. Case Cancellation
You can end our representation at any time. Any unearned part of a retainer will be returned, and we will set out what was done up to that point.
4. Billing Questions
If you think we have charged you in error, contact us and we will look into it. Every invoice we raise is visible in your account, together with how it was settled.
